Open Positions
On-Site Retail Associate / Front Desk – Fine Jewelry
Front-desk and showroom support in a fast-paced luxury environment. You are the first person our clients meet, and the one who keeps the day running.
What you will do
- Greet visitors and manage front-desk check-ins
- Answer and direct calls, emails and in-person inquiries
- Manage calendars, filing and internal documentation
- Assist with inventory intake, shipping and receiving
- Support the management team with daily administrative tasks
What we are looking for
- Professional phone and in-person etiquette
- Computer proficiency and the ability to learn new software quickly
- Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to multitask
- Bilingual English/Spanish preferred
- Previous customer-service, CRM or luxury-retail experience preferred
Armed Security & Luxury Buyer – Dual Role
A true dual role, roughly 60% buyer and 40% security. You keep the showroom safe and help clients sell their valuables.
What you will do
- Maintain a professional, visible armed security presence in the showroom
- Safeguard clients, employees, inventory and cash
- Assist clients selling jewelry, diamonds, watches, precious metals and designer handbags
- Learn to evaluate items, make offers and complete purchases
What we are looking for
- 21 or older, with a valid Texas License to Carry
- Texas Level III Commissioned Security Officer license, or eligibility to obtain one within 90 days
- Strong situational awareness and a calm, professional manner
- Previous armed security, law-enforcement or military experience preferred
- Bilingual English/Spanish preferred
