Our 14-day return and exchange policy allow customers to return or exchange their purchase within 14 days of receiving the item. To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item must be in its original, unused condition and must be returned in the original packaging.
To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our customer service team at email@example.com. We will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions on how to send your item back to us.
Please note that we do not cover the cost of return shipping, unless the item arrived damaged. The customer will be responsible for any shipping fees incurred.
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets the requirements for a return or exchange. If the item is in good condition, we will process your refund or exchange.
Customers are responsible for any loss or damage of the item during return shipping, and we recommend shipping it with a trackable method and insurance.
Please note that we do not accept returns or exchanges on custom or personalized, or resized items.
